The technician who showed up was Lee B. Who has been here before. Very thorough, takes the time to do it right. Our problem is ants, and the warmer weather has them active again. We highly recommend both Lee and Arrow. Long time customer of Arrow, and they have been very responsive over the years.

I will be calling Arrow to ask that Brandon and only Brandon come to my house to provide services on my behalf. He is the only technician who comes and actually cares, taking the time to talk with you about what’s going on in your house, listens to what you have to say, who explains services Arrow can provide to help ensure your house is rodent and insect free, explains during what seasons what rodents or insects come out, explains what to look for and goes way above and beyond giving outstanding and exceptional customer service. He obviously takes not his job, but his career very seriously, obviously loves and enjoys what he does and is truly a credit to the Arrow Company. If all Arrow technicians and employees had the work ethic that Brandon does, Arrow could be not only a national company, but an international company if they wanted to! Absolutely the BEST Service quick and reliable. When I discovered that there were rats taking up residency under my shed, I practically called and made an appointment. Joe Walk me through every step, calm and thoroughly explaining what to do to get rid of them and have them never come back. He was very knowledgeable, calm and took the time to explain to me. What caused them to go there and what to do to prevent them from coming back. Worth every penny and peace of mind. This is the second time I have used this service and will definitely be using them again!! I can’t say enough about how Joe treated me and my home.

My family have had a contract with Arrow for quite some time now and have never had a problem with their service. Our technician, Jerel W. makes the rounds of our property regularly in season and he is always respectful and affable. Great service, super nice people

We have been using Arrow exterminating for 20+ years. Our current technician, Jerel Walker is wonderful. He accommodates our needs, answers our questions, and is truly professional and knowledgeable in every way. We originally called Arrow when we had a termite swarm one spring. The swarm settled on my new puppy and his crate. I freaked! I called Arrow and they walked me through it, Sending a service man immediately. We’ve been loyal customers ever since. Several years ago, we encountered ants, mice and spider crickets in the house, Our house sits on a slab, so the mice, ants and spider crickets were in our living spaces. We called Arrow and again they came quickly and addressed the issues. We have two yearly contracts with them, one for pests and one for termites. Since we have been using them, we have had no issues. Bye-bye mice, ants, and spider crickets. They are truly a five star company, with five star technicians.

We’ve had a great experience with Arrow Exterminators, specifically thanks to Jay. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure our home is taken care of. During his last visit, he actually caught a live mouse in our basement while resetting our traps! We couldn't ask for better service. Jay is the best!
